Retail Business Development Manager
Location: Lincolnshire, Yorkshire
Package: £18 – 25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits
We are a supplier of innovative software technology specialising in Retail Solutions and are seeking a proven Business Development Manager or similar sales professional to join our sales team. Ideally you will have a proven track record of sales success, ideally within bespoke software or related IT Technology environment. You will be responsible for new business development converting incoming leads and enquires within the traditional sectors whilst also identifying customer in new growth markets. Working in close conjunction with the Marketing team, you will focus on growing the sale of our retail solutions.

Public Sector Business Development Manager
Package: Excellent Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Company Pension Scheme
HBP Systems are an established IT solutions company specialising in Accounts Software, Microsoft Networking Solutions and Telephone Systems. We require a new team player to be based from our Scunthorpe head office to develop new business opportunities throughout Yorkshire/Lincolnshire and beyond.
A good understanding of the public sector buying/tendering practices and intricacies are essential to ensure HBP’s successful participation. You will be experienced in new business prospecting, presenting and conducting new business appointments with key decision makers and be confident, articulate and an effective communicator. You should be able to provide evidence of having worked in a complex transaction sales environment with demonstrated ability to manage major bids/transactions with strong organizational skills. Good IT knowledge and being conversant with MS Office applications is important.
